BreAnna Mix in E Litter, Foundations, Paladin Dogs, PALADINS ALL IN (NELLI), Puppies, Testing / Training The Paladin E litter has arrived! This litter is out of Paladins All In (NA 112, UT 180) × Oxbow’s Big Gun (NA 112, UT 204).
This was our first experience using Artificial Insemination, resulting in 4 males and 4 females. We chose AI due to Oxbow’s Big Gun’s age and were honored to be offered one of his final straws. “Goat” maxed both his Natural Ability (112 Prize I) and Utility (204 Prize I) tests and has proven himself as a highly prepotent sire.
73.68% of his progeny earned Prize I Natural Ability scores, with none failing a Natural Ability test. He has also produced multiple high-level Utility dogs, including a 204 Prize I and 198 Prize I. His owner has successfully hunted him across the United States.
This is a repeat breeding of our C litter. That pairing produced early-maturing, wild-bird dogs that checked every box of what a Pudelpointer should be. Six of the ten pups NA tested with a 108.3 / 112 average, all run by first-time handlers. I’ve hunted behind most of those dogs—they are cooperative yet resilient, bird crazy, and true hunting machines.
