Introducing CROSS TIMBER’S FIFI (Hazel). She was acquired in order to diversify genetics within the Paladin lines.
She is out of CROSS TIMBER’S ABOVE AND BEYOND (NA 110 1 UT 201 I) by RIPSNORTER’S SHOOT AND MISS (UT 204 I IT 183).
She put on show during her Natural Ability Test in South Dakota. She found and pointed so many birds that I lost count. I made an error when releasing her for the track portion yet she persevered and made the judges say “that’s a nice dog”. Her only hiccup was retrieving from water. She got distracted for a moment but still retrieved the bumpers. Unfortunately the hesitation cost her a point. She ended up with 107/112.
